  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • ½ Onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 Jalapeño seeded and chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Mash the avocado with a fork until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. 3. Add the lime juice, diced tomato, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped jalapeño, and cilantro to the bowl.
  4. 4. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. 5. Season with salt to taste.
