Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 head Butter Lettuce Leaves separated
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, cook until softened.
  2. Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
  3. Stir in bell pepper, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and ginger. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
