- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- 1 cup Bell Pepper, diced
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 1 head Butter Lettuce Leaves separated
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, cook until softened.
Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
Stir in bell pepper, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and ginger. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
