Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the frozen corn, peas, dried basil, and dried oregano. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
