Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid smoke

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. 2. Spread the mixture evenly on dehydrator trays.
  3. 3. Dehydrate at 160°F (70°C) for 4 hours or until the jerky is dry and firm.
  4. 4. Let the jerky cool before storing in an airtight container.
