Ground Beef and Vegetable Stew

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 cups Diced Potatoes
- 1 cup Chopped Carrots
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 1 cup Diced Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the chopped carrots, celery, and potatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
5. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Adjust seasoning to taste.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
