  • 1 pc Zucchini cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Red Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Yellow Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Red Onion cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread the zucchini, bell peppers, and red onion onto skewers.
  3. Brush the veggies with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the veggies are tender and slightly charred.
  5. Serve immediately.
