Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup Tequila
  • ¼ cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine tequila, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
