Grilled Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Recipe

- 4 large portobello mushrooms stems removed
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place mushrooms on the grill, stuffing side up. Grill for 15-20 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and stuffing is golden brown.
Serve hot.
