Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 cup Red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 unit Lime, cut into wedges

Lime Crema

  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin.
  3. 3. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and cooked through.
  4. 4. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
  5. 5. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas, then topping with shredded cabbage, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
  6. 6. For the lime crema, mix sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, and salt in a small bowl. Drizzle over tacos.
