Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Portobello mushroom caps stems removed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 4 Burger buns
  • Toppings of choice lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, and oregano.
  3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the mushroom caps.
  4. Place mushrooms on the grill, gill side down. Grill for about 5 minutes per side, until tender.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two, if desired.
  6. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
