Instructions
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill the pineapple rings for about 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
3. Remove the pineapple from the grill and let it cool. Once cooled, dice the pineapple.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice.
5. Season with salt to taste and mix well.
6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
