Grilled Peach And Burrata Salad
A refreshing summer salad with grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and arugula.

Main Ingredients
- 4 units ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 balls burrata cheese
- 4 cups arugula
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the peach halves with olive oil.
Grill the peaches for about 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
Arrange the arugula on a serving platter.
Place the grilled peaches on top of the arugula.
Tear the burrata cheese and distribute it over the salad.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze, and season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
