Ingredients

  • 2 lb Octopus cleaned
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the octopus and cook for 40 minutes until tender.
  2. 2. Remove the octopus from the water and let it cool slightly. Cut into manageable pieces.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika. Marinate the octopus in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the octopus for about 3-4 minutes on each side until charred and crispy.
  5. 5. Serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.
