Grilled Lemon Herb Salmon
A simple and delicious grilled salmon recipe with lemon and herbs.

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon juiced and zested
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon herb mixture.
Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from grill and serve immediately.
