  • 4 Italian sausages
  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Grill the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  3. 3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced bell pepper and onion, and cook until softened.
  4. 4. Toast the hoagie rolls on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a grilled sausage in each hoagie roll. Top with cooked peppers and onions, marinara sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
