- 4 Italian sausages
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 1 Bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced bell pepper and onion, and cook until softened.
4. Toast the hoagie rolls on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a grilled sausage in each hoagie roll. Top with cooked peppers and onions, marinara sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
