Grilled Herb-Marinated Chicken

Marinade
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
