- 4 artichokes trimmed and halved
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Brush the artichokes with the garlic mixture.
Grill the artichokes for about 10 minutes on each side, until tender and slightly charred.
