Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
