  • 4 fillets Cod about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the cod fillets with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Season the fillets with salt and black pepper.
  4. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice and minced garlic.
  6. Brush the lemon-garlic mixture over the cooked cod fillets before serving.
