Grilled Chicken with Mango Salsa
Delicious grilled chicken paired with a fresh mango salsa.

Chicken and Marinade
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Mango Salsa
- 2 cups Mango diced
- 1 cup Red Bell Pepper diced
- 0.5 cup Red Onion diced
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. While the chicken is grilling, combine the mango, red bell pepper, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro in a mixing bowl.
5. Serve the grilled chicken topped with mango salsa.
