  • 1 lb Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 Tortillas small
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
  4. 4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  6. 6. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  7. 7. Assemble the tacos by placing chicken strips on the tortillas and topping with salsa, lettuce, and cheese.
