  • 2 slices Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. 3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, onto the skillet.
  4. 4. Add the cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
  5. 5. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  6. 6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
