- 4 slices cheese Swiss or cheddar
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon butter softened
- 1 teaspoon salt

4. Butter one side of each bread slice. Place 4 slices, butter side down, in the skillet.
5. Add a slice of cheese, a beef patty, some caramelized onions, and another slice of cheese on each bread slice in the skillet. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter side up.
6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
