Grilled Cheese de Mayo
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, using mayo instead of butter for a crispy, golden crust.

- 4 slices Bread
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 4 slices Cheese Cheddar or American
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Place two slices of bread, mayo side down, on the skillet. Add cheese slices on top.
4. Top with the remaining bread slices, mayo side up.
5. Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
