- 2 slices Bread
- 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1 slice Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread.
2. Place the cheese slice on top of the peanut butter.
3. Top with the second slice of bread.
4. Butter the outside of both slices of bread.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
6. Grill the sandwich until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
