Main Ingredients
- 2 Avocados halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the avocado halves with olive oil.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Place the avocados on the grill, cut side down.
Grill for about 5-7 minutes, until grill marks appear.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
