Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • ½ cup Cold water
  • 1 bunch Green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and boiling water. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Gradually add cold water and knead the dough until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a thin circle.
  4. Brush each circle with oil, sprinkle with salt, and evenly distribute the chopped green onions.
  5. Roll each circle into a log, then coil it into a spiral. Flatten each spiral into a pancake.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Fry each pancake until golden brown on both sides.
