Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Boiling water
- ½ cup Cold water
- 1 bunch Green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and boiling water. Mix until a dough forms.
Gradually add cold water and knead the dough until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a thin circle.
Brush each circle with oil, sprinkle with salt, and evenly distribute the chopped green onions.
Roll each circle into a log, then coil it into a spiral. Flatten each spiral into a pancake.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Fry each pancake until golden brown on both sides.
