Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Green chilies roasted and chopped
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the pork shoulder cubes and brown on all sides.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  4. 4. Stir in the roasted green chilies, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, until the pork is tender.
  7. 7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
