Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Green chile enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • 10 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Diced green chiles

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, green chile enchilada sauce, sour cream, and diced green chiles.
  3. Layer the bottom of a baking dish with half of the corn tortillas.
  4. Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas, then sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, and cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
