- 1 lb Green beans trimmed
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 Eggs beaten
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each green bean into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated green beans on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
