Greek Tzatziki Recipe
A refreshing Greek yogurt and cucumber dip.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Cucumber grated and strained
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
1. Grate the cucumber and strain excess water.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
