Ingredients

  • 4 large Potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano dried
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 lemon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, oregano, chicken broth, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.
  3. Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish, spreading them out in an even layer.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
