  • 500 g Feta Cheese
  • 200 g Ricotta Cheese
  • 3 Eggs beaten
  • 1 package Phyllo Dough thawed
  • 100 g Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the feta cheese, ricotta cheese, and beaten eggs.
  3. Brush a baking dish with melted butter and layer half of the phyllo dough sheets, brushing each sheet with butter.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the phyllo dough.
  5. Layer the remaining phyllo dough sheets on top, brushing each sheet with butter.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
