Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and chopped nuts.
In a small saucepan, heat the honey, brown sugar, and melted butter until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Pour the honey mixture over the oats and nuts. Stir until everything is well coated.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
