  • 2 cups Cheese curds

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour and baking powder.
  3. Gradually add club soda to the flour mixture, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip cheese curds into the batter, coating them evenly.
  5. Fry the cheese curds in the hot oil until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from oil with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.
