Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Warm Water
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Brown Rice Flour
  • ½ cup Tapioca Starch
  • ¼ cup Potato Starch
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Xanthan Gum
  • 2 ¼ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add warm water, olive oil, and honey to the bread machine pan.
  2. 2. Add the gluten-free all-purpose flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, and potato starch on top of the wet ingredients.
  3. 3. Sprinkle the salt and xanthan gum over the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Make a small well in the center of the flour and add the active dry yeast.
  5. 5. Set the bread machine to the gluten-free setting and start the machine.
  6. 6. Once the baking cycle is complete, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack.
