- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, grated ginger, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
Whisk until well combined.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
