Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 liter Club soda
  • 1 piece Lemon, sliced for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine ginger, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let it cool. Strain the mixture.
  4. 4. Mix the ginger syrup with club soda. Serve over ice with lemon slices.
