  • 7 g instant yeast
  • 300 ml warm water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. 2. Add warm water and sugar, mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
  6. 6. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces, shape into rolls.
  7. 7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
