  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. 4. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
