Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture. Add chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
