Ingredients

  • 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir well.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
