Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 60 ml Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 30 g Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the red pepper flakes (if using) and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
