  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Add chicken wings and toss to coat.
  4. Arrange wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve hot.
