Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Potatoes cut into chunks
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve hot.
