  • 2 lbs Potatoes cut into chunks
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve hot.
