Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Delicious roasted Brussels sprouts with garlic and Parmesan cheese.

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and tender.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
