  • 4 large Russet Potatoes cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place the coated potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, if using.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
