Instructions
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. Drain the cauliflower and transfer to a blender. Add minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, butter, salt, and black pepper.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
