  • 1 lb Scallops fresh or thawed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pat the scallops dry with paper towels.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add the scallops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Squeeze the lemon juice over the scallops and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
