Garlic Knots Recipe
Delicious homemade garlic knots, perfect as a side or appetizer.

Dough
- 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
Garlic Butter
- 4 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Divide the pizza dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope and tie into a knot.
Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
While the knots are baking, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt in a bowl.
Brush the garlic butter mixture over the hot knots as soon as they come out of the oven.
Serve warm.
