Ingredients 

Dough

  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade

Garlic Butter

  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Divide the pizza dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope and tie into a knot.
  3. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. While the knots are baking, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt in a bowl.
  6. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the hot knots as soon as they come out of the oven.
  7. Serve warm.
